The VK DRILLER manufactured products have warranty, as long as they have been acquired in national territory. (click to see the registered addresses)

All the equipments, both for production and support, go through a series of tests to assure their functioning. These tests are duly documented as per the NBR-ISO 9001:2000.

The warranty period for products manufactured by VK DRILLER are:

+ Control box (CPU) 3 YEARS ** 
+ Micromotor 6 months ** 
+ Smart pedal 6 months** 
+ Tech Support 90 days*

* This warranty is valid if the equipment presents the same defect.
** Except for model BLM 150 Brushless. The warranty is 01 ANO.

VK DRILLER will only cover the parts that have been repaired or replaced. 
Whenever an equipment malfunctions, it must be fowarded to the VK DRILLER Tech Support, located at Rua São Fidélis, 339 - Jaguaré - São Paulo - SP - 05335-100, accompanied by a report describing the problems.

The absence of the report may result in delayed return.

The equipment, once sent to Tech Support, must remain there for a period of 4 work days, for evaluation and a possible budget thus performing all the required tests.

Equipment in maintenance will only be released after proof of payment of Tech Support and freight.

Repaired equipment withdrawn before a period of 24 hours will lose the Tech Support warranty, being VK DRILLER exempt of any future malfunctions that may occur with it.

All freight costs incurred in transporting the equipment, whether they be new products or from Tech Support, are the responsibility of the owner of the equipment, whether it is or is not within the warranty period.

VK DRILLER will only pay the freight cost if by chance within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the equipment, it malfunctions, and in case the equipment presents the same defect after return from Tech Support.

For the warranty of the product to be executed and validated, you must send it to VK DRILLER, with the "warranty coupon" duly filled and signed giving science the terms of the warranty. Motors that are shipped without the coupon, or with incorrect data, will not be covered by the warranty.

THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF:

• The defect has been caused due to failure to follow the instructions in the manual;
•  After the warranty period of 3 (three) years for the command box (CPU) or 6 (six) months for the micro-motor and smart pedal;
• Defects caused by improper use of the equipment, ie outside of the recommendations of the manufacturer or by accidents and natural agents;
• Cases where the equipment has undergone adjustments, repairs or modifications of any nature, by persons or workshops not authorized by VK DRILLER;
• Alteration or remotion of the serial number and/or breach of warranty seal;
• Display of signs of mechanical shock caused by fall or improper packaging during shipping;
• Violation of the seal;
